There are 4 very different vineyards in the 140 acres held by the Vignobles Dulon. The Bordeaux Supérieur property of Château Grand Jean is located on the sloping clayey-limestone soils of Entre-Deux-Mers, getting a good sun exposure, and planted on perfect soils for vine-growing.
Sisters Sophie and Carole Dulon are the new faces of Bordeaux—a region that’s long been known for its patriarchal old châteaux. But the Dulon sisters, the tenth generation of their family to run Château Grand Jean, have implemented modern production techniques to make lively, flavourful wines

Deep ruby red colour. Notes of cherry, raspberry and a hint of blackcurrant on the nose, mixed with aromas of vanilla and woody spices. Well balanced and juicy on the palate, with a fresh and pleasing finish.
This is a great example of a delicious every-day Bordeaux, sure to please fans of the style.
